Dylan Toymaker is a light design and installation artist in Edmonton, Alberta. He creates and curates art for the Flying Canoe Volant festival, and designs and builds Lantern installations for a variety of Alberta festivals
including the Edmonton Folk Music Festival and the Jasper Dark Sky Festival.

He began his art career in the Craft world while getting a BA in Anthropology in the mid 90s, and took that Craft Production on tour around the continent for several years. He now works to create culture with Light Based
Artwork for public art and community events.
